Yes, absolutely! trainn is the personal trainer in your pocket.
We connect you with your very own personal trainer to help you design your fitness journey, reach your goals & give you support along the say. Here are some of the amazing benefits that come with having a personal trainer:

Can I contact my personal trainer?


Yes, you can message your personal trainer at any time with a Premium subscription. Your personal trainer is there to support you on your fitness journey on good days & bad days. Ask questions & get helpful advice. Share your wins and get a high five. Share your struggles and get encouraging support.




Will the workouts be tailored to me?


Absolutely! With trainn you get a completely personalised fitness journey & training plan. Every workout is unique to you and designed based on your goals, preferences, equipment, injuries, frequency and more. Your workouts will be adjusted every few weeks as you get stronger and fitter & you always have the option to swap out exercises you don't want in your training plan. If your fitness goals change over time, you can update your training plan settings and your workouts will be modified accordingly.




Which goal is the best for me?


Your training plan is designed to suit your fitness goals. Here's what we recommend Build lean muscle If your primary goal is to build muscle, sculpt your body and get stronger, this goal is perfect for you. Wether you are a complete beginner or you have years of experience, all workouts are tailored to help you train effectively & push yourself. Your workouts will be designed to hit the appropriate muscle groups several times a week for most optimal muscle gain. Burn fat & lose weight Whether you have a little or a lot of fat to lose, this goal is perfect for you. Your workouts will be designed to help you burn fat while staying strong & maintaining muscle. Our tracking tools will help you stay on top of weight, measurements and nutrition & your weekly goals will be designed to lose fat in the healthiest way possible. Build muscle & burn fat Ok, so you want a general recomposition of your body. You want to get stronger & build muscle while still burning the soft layer of fat you may have above. Your workouts will be designed to hit the appropriate muscle groups several times a week for most optimal muscle gain while staying on top of tracking, nutrition & cardio to burn fat. Improve stamina Move faster, get stronger & level up your performance. Your workouts will be focussed around improving cardiovascular endurance as well as strengthening the big muscle groups and muscles around your joints to help keep you injury free. Maintain healthy routine Not everyone has a primary goal to change their physique - for some it's just to maintain a regular training routine & healthy lifestyle to help improve energy, mood & overall health. How do I change my goal?


Our fitness goals change over time, and that's completely okay. You can update your goal and adjust all other preferences for your training plan at any time. 1. Navigate to your 'Training Plan' page 2. Click the settings icon in the top right corner 3. Select your adjustments 4. Scroll down and click "Update my plan" and all future workouts will be mofidied for you




How do I update my training plan?


The workouts in your training plan are created based on the preferences you set when creating account. However, you can easily adjust this at any time and doing so will update all your future workouts. The preferences you can change are: - Overall fitness goal - Equipment available - With or without high intensity exercises - Inuries - Training days - Excluded exercises To update your training plan, please follow these steps: 1. Navigate to your 'Training Plan' page 2. Click the settings icon in the top right corner 3. Select your adjustments 4. Scroll down and click "Update my plan" and all future workouts will be mofidied for you




Can I use trainn at home?


Yes, absolutely! When creating your training plan you have the option to select if you want bodyweight only or select the specific equipment you have available at home. If you at any point want to change these preferences, follow these instructions: 1. Navigate to your 'Training Plan' page 2. Click the settings icon in the top right corner 3. Scroll down to the equipment section and select your adjustments 4. Scroll down and click "Update my plan" and all future workouts will be mofidied for you




Can I use trainn at the gym?


Yes, of course! Your training plan is personalised to you with whatever equipment you have available. When creating your training plan you have the option to select if you want bodyweight only, specific equipment or full gym kit you have available at home. If you at any point want to change these preferences, follow these instructions: 1. Navigate to your 'Training Plan' page 2. Click the settings icon in the top right corner 3. Scroll down to the equipment section and select your adjustments 4. Scroll down and click "Update my plan" and all future workouts will be mofidied for you




Can I swap out exercises I don't like?


Yes, you can swap out exercises before and during your workout. To do this, swipe left on the exercise you wish to swap out and select if you want to replace it just for now or in all future workouts. The exercise will be replaced with a similar one.




Can I modify workouts if I have injuries?


Yes! When you create an account you are asked to enter any injuries you have, so we can mofidy the workouts for you. If you (unfortunately) get to new injury or you (fortunately) are no longer injured, simply navigate to your training plan settings to adjust. View instructions below: 1. Navigate to your Training Plan page 2. Click the settings icon in the top right corner 3. Scroll down to "Injuries" and select or unselect your injuries 4. Scroll down and click "Update my plan"




How do I re-add exercises I have removed from my training plan?


You can completely remove up to 5 exercises from your training plan, so they don't show up in future workouts. If you at any point want to re-add exercises you have previously removed, follow these instructions: 1. Navigate to your Training Plan page 2. Click the settings icon in the top right corner 3. Scroll down to "Excluded exercises" and remove the exercise(s) 4. Click "Update my plan"




Is there a free trial period?


Yes, we currently have a promotion for a free 14-day trial to your Premium subscription. This is automatically added the first time you sign up for trainn. You can cancel your free trial anytime. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your trial your subscription will automatically renew.




Will my subscription auto-renew?


Yes, your subscription to a Premium plan will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. We offer a monthly, quarterly and annual subscription plan. Upgrading to a 12-month subscription offers the best value for money. How do I change my name, password or email?


To change your name or password, simply follow these steps: 1. Navigate to the "My Plan" page in the bottom meu bar 2. Click the profile icon in the top right corner 3a. For name: in the "Personal Info" section, locate your name & tap it to change > fill in your new name > click "Save" 3b. For password: in the "Account" section, tap "Change password" & follow the steps to create new password. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your email, because all your information & data is linked to this. If you wish to no longer use your email please either create a new acccount or contact support.




How do I update my payment card details?


If you wish to update your payment details, this must be done via your general phone settings. We do not handle or store your payment details in the trainn app.

How do I change or upgrade my subscription?


You can change or upgrade your subscription at any time. We offer a monthly, quarterly and annual subscription. Upgrading to a 12-month subscription offers the best value for money.

All subscriptions are handled in your phone settings and not via the trainn app, so if you wish to change or upgrade your subscription, follow these instrictions:

After changing or upgrading, your subscription will be updated at your next billing period. For example, if you want to move from a monthly to a yearly subscription, you'll stay on a monthly subscription until the end of the month, and then switch to yearly.

How do I cancel my subscription?


All Premium subscriptions are handled in your phone settings. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but we will be sad to see you go.
You can still use certain features in the app without a Premium subscription, however we recommend staying Premium to get the full benefits.

Android users, please view instructions from Google here: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&hl=en After cancelling, your Premium subscription will still be active until the end of your current billing period. For example, if you signed up on the 10th, and you cancel on the 31st, your subscription will still be active until the 9th in the following month.

All your logged training data will still be saved after subscription is cancelled, however it will not accessible until you upgrade to Premium again. If you need any further assistance please contact our support team.




Is there a free version of the app?


Yes, the app is available as a free version, however we highly recommend having a Premium subscription to get training, nutrition & goals completely personalised to you and therefore reach your fitness goals in the best way possible.
